FAQ

Yes, the savings will be substantial because this is a very heavy duty unit and is not a cheap lightweight tool. Unit weighs approximately 119 lbs. You will save shipping costs on the hydraulic post puller and on the Claw attachment if picked up at our location. Chain loop shipping cost is included in all shipping.

2. Can I purchase the Claw plug puller attachment at a later date without paying extra?
Absolutely. Any time you purchase the Hydraulic Post Puller you may buy the Claw or chain loop at a later date.

3. Isn’t the price too high for this tool?
Not at all, when you compare the one from England, which is just like mine because I licensed them to sell it in England, but their prices are much higher than mine. A tool like this is bought once and will never go bad if taken care of. Also, when you consider the work it can do and the physical labor it can replace, along with increasing the speed and ease of doing the job, plus avoiding that Drs. visit for back problems, the decision is easy. Many homeowners buy one to remove posts and plugs with the money they would have paid a company to do it and then they have the tool or can easily re-sell it.

4. How long will the ram jack last?
The Ram Jack is the only thing along with some of the hardware that will get old and wear out. These parts are universal and can be replaced relatively cheaply at any number of places. (On line at Home Depot or Lowes, at the store at Harbor Freight or Northern Tools) or you can order them from me. Almost all ram jacks are now made in China, so the American quality is not there.

5. Is your unit made in America?
Everything on my unit is made and purchased in America, except the rubber wheels and the ram jack, which come from China and are assembled at our location. Even if you buy these items here, they are still made in China. We use local welders and use only U.S. steel from local suppliers. Actually some of the hardware is probably made in China. It’s hard to find just American made stuff anymore. I’ve sold hundreds of these to the government, street municipalities, fence companies, management companies, farmers, ranchers, landscapers, & home owners

6. Is your unit the best and heaviest duty one on the market?
I answer you with complete non-prejudice when I say a resounding YES to that question. (LOL). Anyway, we believe it is the heaviest duty one made of the heaviest metal and in the best configuration. This one is my eighth generation unit. The unit has one patent on it and one patent pending on it. I AM THE INVENTOR of the unit and make it also, therefore our overhead is much lower than if we had two or three middle persons (how’s that for politically correct?)

7. This is a big investment. How can I be sure it is a good one?
Yes, and I realize the value of hard, sweat earned money. I am the inventor and make these units myself with loving care. This unit will VERY QUICKLY pay for itself in saved time, reduced labor, labor that is safer with less chance of back strain, and ease of doing the job. I have them in tool rental places only around the Dallas area right now. I keep up with how they do. One place has bought five of them and tell me it’s one of the BEST TOOL RENTAL ITEMS. If it will hold up in tool rentals, it has to be very tough, and it is.

8. Can I rent the unit first?
